Service Description

Practice traditional Indian yoga. We use props to support the poses and help with alignment. Grab any props that you have. Straps, blocks, chairs, blankets, bolsters...be creative with the things that you have in your home. *After registration, you will be sent the Zoom link via email. Class registration closes 1 hour before class starts.
