When It comes to preparing vegan delights, I aim to use whole foods. Foods that are closest to their natural state provide the most vitality.
2c. Cooked chickpeas
1/2 c. Vegan Mayo (use more or less to taste)
1/2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 c Chopped Celery
Fresh Ground Pepper
Fresh or Dry Dill to taste
1. Rough chop Chickpeas with knife or food processor.
2. Carefully mix all ingredients in a bowl. If you have one, use a spatula so that you do not over mash the chickpeas.
3. Let sit for 10 min to marry the flavors.
4. Serve on whole grain bread with lettuce, onion, tomato if you have it, or on healthy crackers. It makes a great dip for parties.
