Microgreens On Everything

Have your heard of microgreens? I put them on everything! Salads, soups, sandwiches, and more! They can even be blended into smoothies. There are a ton of different varieties including leek, swiss chard, fennel, broccoli, and even sunflower. Where do you find them? My friend Farmer Nell grows and sells them, or you can even grow them at home.

I grew these Kale Microgreens myself, using a kit that I bought from Farmer Nell of City Weeds. Microgreens are jam packed with vital nutrients from optimal wellness, and they taste great! For more info: https://www.facebook.com/CityWeeds/

I’m going to bookmark your web page and maintain checking for new details. microgreens are a rich source of polyphenols, a class of antioxidants linked to a lower risk of heart disease. Animal studies show that microgreens may lower triglyceride and “bad” LDL cholesterol levels. you can surf my Blade Trinity Coat site for more info..

  • Great chocolate cake recipe here - Chocolate Merengue Pie Recipe This oldfashioned chocolate meringue pie is a southern classic. Tender pie crust is filled with luxuriously rich chocolate filling and fluffy and airy meringue. A truly unbeatable combination. I love homemade pies. I really like the vanilla dessert in the mug! Good and quick option. There are at least 3 reasons to like it) First of all, it’s such a unique way of serving dessert. Second, you can make almost all of them in a microwave! And third, sometimes we use this excuse for not treating ourselves --- > Mug Cake Recipe Vanilla

  • When It comes to preparing vegan delights, I aim to use whole foods. Foods that are closest to their natural state provide the most vitality. Recipe: 2c. Cooked chickpeas 1/2 c. Vegan Mayo (use more or less to taste) Tbsp Relish 1/2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard 1/2 c Chopped Celery Sea Salt Fresh Ground Pepper Fresh or Dry Dill to taste Directions: 1. Rough chop Chickpeas with knife or food processor. 2. Carefully mix all ingredients in a bowl. If you have one, use a spatula so that you do not over mash the chickpeas. 3. Let sit for 10 min to marry the flavors. 4. Serve on whole grain bread with lettuce, onion, tomato if you have it, or on healthy crackers. It makes a great dip for parties. Enjoy! Did you try it!?!
