Start your day with a series of exercises that are geared toward increasing overall strength and tone in the body, all within the comforts of your own home. These movements help improve balance and posture, so that you can have the most energetic day possible! Materials Needed: Chair or Large exercise ball Light Hand Weights or Stretchy Bands Exercise Mat A Bottle of Water Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Please consult your primary care physician before starting any new fitness program. After registration, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for class.
