A small group, semi-private experience. Learn a series of postures using a number of props, focusing on form and alignment. Please bring various props: Chair, blanket, bolster, blocks, etc. Be creative. Use what you have around the house. One year of yoga practice required. *After registration, you will be sent the Zoom link via email.
