Fitness for Seniors is a Community Wellness class that we came up with to create a place where elders can enjoy an exercise program that may help with the following:

  • Improve Circulation

  • Boost Mood

  • Decrease Joint Pain

  • Improve Cardiovascular Health

  • Meet New Friends

  • Improve Balance

  • Decrease Stress

  • Improve Flexibility

  • Maintain/Improve Bone Density

  • Strengthen & Tone Muscles

I believe that it is important that we  honor our elders. They are the keepers of our stories. They know our journey. They are the reason we are here.
