Everything that we have ever experienced is stored in our bodies. It has an effect on the way we stand, move, and even breathe. Over time, these experiences may have a negative impact on the way the we feel within our bodies. It may cause tension, pain, or even injury. This hands-on approach to being more comfortable with living in the skin that you are in, can bring the awareness needed to assist you on your wellness journey. Learn how to move more freely, increase your vitality, and release the things that no longer serve you! Through a series of movements, the student is offered the opportunity to reconnect with the "self" in new ways. The content of this class is based on the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais. The Feldenkrais Method has been known to help people of all ages who have experienced injuries, cerebral palsy, stroke, and more.
